hey! I was ono of the 3 people who watched the 4400. Now just to track down the other 2. And I lamented its untimly demise....

and while I still have 2c in my pocket, every time I hear a story about a super energy scheme, I cant help having too thoughts. Just like the Toyota Prius how much energy goes into making the thing? and just how are the energy companies going to find a way to buy the BloomBox (I first heard BoomBox and got awefully excited that my ghetto blaster will now power my house) and then charge us for the priveledge of buying it through them....

Now I'm off to get make myself a fashionable tin foil hat


But was wondering, was the last podcast a little bass heavy or was it just my headphones?

I liked The 4400, thought it was an interesting series. Was sad to see it go. Oh well thats Sci-fi's lot in life.

And I liked the recent Flash Gordon Series as well, was realy pissed when it only went for 1 season. BTW I'm also a realy big fan of the Movie as well and the music for it by Queen. Looking forward to the new revamp.

Tron Lagacy looks like it will be awsome, I can't wait, I am a fan of the original movie and can't wait to see Geoff to reprise his role.

And Pirates Vs Pirates and Ninjas Vs Ninjas look like kool games can't wait to get a hold of them. Now all they need is a Pirates Vs Ninjas. But Pirates are too awsome and would put the Ninjas to shame if they appeared in the same game (just wouldn't be fair).

I got my ticket to the Stargate Con this weekend by HUB, and also heard this week that is was a sell out, this may be a rumour.

A Flash movie would be great, if I had to pick a favorate Super hero mine would be the Flash, ever since the 90's TV series with John Wesley Ship.

And Finally any Star Trek comic sould be great and am looking forward to getting a hold of it.

I knew people would react to him picking on The 4400!
If I remember correctly, The 4400 was on my 'To Watch' list before it came out, but when it hit TV I missed it except for snippets.

LOL @ Boombox versus Bloombox!
I know it's hard to believe the hype for every new green-themed super product, but I'm an eternal optimist that's glad we're not all just sitting back and saying, "Well, it's all naffed now, why bother?". Even knowing that these energy saving plans may be futile in helping us get the bond back on the place, we keep trying to come up with new methods on saving the planet and it's resources. I do agree that it bites that they always seem to find a way to charge us more and more for these options though.... and now I'll stop letting the hippy in me out, lmao

As for the bass issue, could you please give us more details?
We listen to the podcast from start to finish before we upload to check for issues so either we've missed it or it is your headphones.
Let's assume it's on our end though and work on fixing whatever it is

ZenBubble wanted me to let you guys know that he does suffer hearing loss and as the person that does all the editing he needs more clues as to where to look for the problem, so:

Is the bass just on his voice, or just on mine, or on both of us?
Is the bass noticable during any lulls of talking?
Is there a specific part of the cast that it was really noticable to you that we can re-listen to?
Has this been an issue on the previous casts?

We've had feedback via email, which we incorporated, so it would be funny if what sounds better to them sounds worse to others

I know how much I hate listening to something when the audio is off (for me it's usually a reaction to somthing that's too tinny).

cyspazzz you can use the Pirates vs Pirates with the Ninjas vs Ninjas game... and I agree that it's not really fair to the poor little ninjas
The Awesome Pirates would win every time and make the Silly Ninjas sob their wittle hearts out!!!

The Hub Stargate event was announced as sold out of day passes earlier this week, but after a discussion with the venue staff it was discovered that another 30 day tickets were available.

I have watched the Kristen Dunst video and have downloaded the MP3...the video is WOW...she is so hot with blue hair...We wants to find somewhere we can download the video as we wants it (Gollum Voice).
