7yr "Little Jedi" Bullied and the out come.

I was reading a story on Yahoo that just made me tear up with joy. Katie Goldman is a spunky little 7yr old ,how with this sentences will have us by the heart strings,is a huge Star Wars fan. It seemed that she was bullied by the boys in her class over her Star Wars water bottle,with them say in it was "only for boys". At home she asked her mom for a pink one and burst into tears when she told her mom why. Now this is what got me,her mom jumps onto many Star Wars site,Twitter as well as Facebook asking for help,and boy did she ever get it. As you read this story I bet you'll tear up too. As for my favorite part Katie is adopted,in an interview she was asked who her favorite character was and she said Leia,because her and her brother Luke are both adopted...awwwwwww. It's nice to see some stories of how awesome the internet can be. 20 years ago this may have been a small note in a local newspaper and that's it. Today it can reach the attention of the whole world.

i have been following this since the first blog that was made. and the support this girl and all other young fan have been given is amazing. it is a shame that it is started by bullying but the outcome has got so many people together in there support .
