The awesomeness that is Gifts For The Geek have been kind enough to, yet again, allow us to announce their upcoming guest on Chaotic Geek first!

This time GFTG are gracing Australian shores with presence of the one and only Corin Nemec!!!

Stargate fans rejoice, and Parker Lewis fans get out your sensational shirts!
You can meet Corin in person April 9-11 in Brisbane, and April 16-18 in Melbourne at Supanova.
As an added bonus the Gifts For The Geek crew are hosting A Dinner with Corin Nemec in Melbourne on Thursday, April 15th

I personally can't wait and have already got my ticket to the dinner!!!

I'm thrilled by the news! I used to love Parker Lewis Can't Lose - Every time I watch ER and see "Jerry", I always think of the Kube.

I've been meaning to re-watch Stephen King's The Stand - I think now is a good time to do that!

I loved Corin in The Stand!
It was just so different to what I knew him as and I loved it!

I was a big Parker Lewis fan and as soon as I knew that GFTG were bringing Corin out I started looking up info on the series only to discover that they've just release season two on DVD (one was out a while ago) so now I have some shopping to do

I am now! I'd been debating it, but I couldn't think of any good reasons *not* to go!

That's awesome that season two is out - I might have to use my JB vouchers on a season of Parker Lewis

Nah, for the SG con? I've got a wedding to go to on the Sunday of that weekend, so i'm going to Sydney for the friday night and saturday

The Gifts For The Geek dinner with Corin was last night & it was A W E S O M E

We got a mega-friendly welcome when we arrived and we chatted to old and new friends alike while we waited for the man himself to arrive. That's one of the great things about fandom events... you make so many lovely new friends, and because people travel from all over to attend, you never feel alone when you travel because you'll always know someone in every state

Soon after we arrived Corin showed up with a big warm smile and a friendly handshake for everyone He took the time to introduce himself to everyone and moved around the tables the entire night to make sure he had a chance to sit and chat with each person. Corin was happy to have photos taken with everyone and sign autographs and was a just complete delight! He's incredibly friendly and a lot of fun

If you didn't get the chance to go to the dinner last night, you haven't missed you opportunity to meet Corin! He will be at the Gifts For The Geek stand at Supanova in Melbourne from today until Sunday!!! A *LOT* of the people that were at the dinner last night are planning on going to see Corin again at Supanova, including ZenBubble and myself, because Corin is just that much fun
