Yay! They're baaaack!

I saw the guys at The Dark Lurking booth at Supanova, and they had DVDs there. Unfortunately by the time I got there, they had sold out.

BTW every time Chris does his intro, I always think he is lost in the "So this is random" thread.

Glad you like the intro's. I have fun coming up with them.

Lyn doesn't even know what I'm going to say most of the time ...

You know when you have one of those moments when you wish you had more time and something witty and pithy to say, because its been far too long since you've commented on the forums and it's not for want of trying, so you actually make the effort to log on between cleaning up the cat "explusion" and getting the table set for dinner, but then you realise you've been waffling on for far too long without actually saying. "just stopping in to say good work and enjoyed the show"

Good Show, enjoyed it.

Finally listened to the podcast, and have some thoughts (dangerous, I know)

1. With series like Tru Blood, do you think the story might be a little slow in season 1 simply because it is being translated from a book? The character dynamics, etc. are already established, they are just having a hard time getting the common ground between what the author thinks and what the readers imagine?

2. Kinect will only be awesome if you can change the phrase you use to voice control the Xbox. If I can make it respond to either the word "Computer," like this: "Computer: music. No, no, not that, something latin."
"Specify"
"A mambo!" *mambo music plays* "That's more like it!"

Or "Go go Gadget Rockband 3!"

3. Rockband with a keyboard? Be still my anime loving heart - mainly because this makes a K-On! themed pack a viable piece of merchandise. I think I might write a letter to the production company asking them to consider this.

4. Thanks for Rubber Biscuit, Chris. Where is that one from? It doen't sond like either of the ones I have.

I just talk into the mouse on my computer. "Computer? Computer?"
